Well,
Now – Concert and
Sight Reading is approaching. I have already received requests from 3 schools
for specific performance slots. We are beginning the production at 1pm on
Friday, March. 28 and going all day on Saturday, March 29. I am arranging Warm
Up, Concert Performance and Sight Reading in 25 minute slots. SOOOOOooooo if you
request a specific time, remember that YOU and your pianist cannot be in 2
places at the same time!
If you would like to
request a particular day, and time of day, NOW is the time to do so. But
PLEASE DO NOT ask for
performance times for ensembles that you are not 100% sure are coming. And
please be flexible – not everyone can perform at 10am on Saturday morning.
RE: hotels –
according to the survey, only one school was interested in me reserving a block
of hotel rooms for them. And there was one “maybe”. So – THIS IS YOUR LAST
CHANCE FOR HOTEL ROOMS! I have already reserved a block of rooms at the Hilton
for, I think, $79.00 per night. If you want you and your students at the
Hilton – let me know ASAP! Otherwise I need to release the
rooms.
