Special Info for Directors:
- Annual Directors’ meeting will take place on Saturday, Nov. 14, at 9 am. Light breakfast snacks will be available. Please plan to attend and participate. This is when YOU have a say in how our events are run next year! This is when we dish out all the “scoop” about what’s on the horizon for TPSMEA Elementary and Middle School events in the future. Ribbons and patches for students will be handed out to directors during this meeting. Please send your agenda items/questions/topics to Susie Fergus for this meeting.
- Directors MUST attend or have a representative/proxy during the clinic/concert weekend. Make sure your students are chaperoned adequately (i.e., bring enough parents with you) so that you can attend the Directors’ meeting.
- Students need to know all their concert repertoire VERY WELL….. almost memorized. We should not be correcting pitches in sectional rehearsals on Friday! PLEASE evaluate each student individually before arriving Friday. This will make the Clinicians’ jobs much more gratifying and our students’ experiences more enjoyable.
